Let It Rain

Written by TBWM writer Stacy-Ann Smith Sometimes He calms the storms and sometimes He lets it rain… Maverick City I hated rain as a child. Rain meant going inside and no longer playing with friends. Rain meant no electronics because of old wives’ tales and eminent dangers. I wished rain never fell. I would stand […]

Releasing Fear – Simple Ways That Women Can

It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with a sluggish thyroid that I told myself “no more”, and took definite actions. At that time I was already aware of the fact that the physical manifestations of dis-ease in my body first begin on the non-physical level. Consider These 5

Clean up your inbox – are you getting tons of emails daily that cannot be opened because you are getting tons of emails daily :-)? A couple of years ago, our founder shared how she developed the bad habit of subscribing to everyone she thought could help. Not to mention the different shopping sites. The result is that many of us become overburdened with information overload, which affects us unconsciously.

She further shares: “it was beginning to affect me emotionally because of the confusion of unanswered emails. I had no organization or structure. I felt frustrated to the point where I wanted to start that part of my life all over”. Can you identify?

If you can, then we suggest the following. Start over if you can but if not, assign a day where you can begin the slow but worthwhile process of unsubscribing and deleting as many of these emails as you possibly can. Then narrow down the options and get that part of our life back on track. Isn’t the room feeling a bit airier since you made that decision?
