7 Types of People Women Need in Their Inner Circle

Read Time: 3 minutes:

What is the inner circle?

An inner circle is the persons you associate with because of a common purpose; this includes family, friends, and associates. All combined do have an effect on us as individuals – whether positive or negative. Call yourself an introvert or extrovert? You still have or will need an inner circle. It is the combination of persons in this circle that will help you to either achieve greatness by fulfilling your goals, through inspiration, motivation and coaching or fail at every attempt you make toward realizing these goals. Think of yourself as a seed that is planted – you will need the right mix – nutrients, sunlight, fertilizer among other things to grow and flourish to maturity. The same goes for the people and energy around you to bring you to life.

The type of friends you have in your inner circle will significantly define your success or failure and the amount of satisfaction you draw from life. Close friends, family, and associates largely influence the progress you make towards achieving your dreams. Your inner circle should be created to help you meander the path that leads to your desired destination. A journey along this path should nourish you physically, spiritually, emotionally, financially, socially and help improve your life. Evaluating your circle can be a tedious process as often we grow accustomed to the persons we
share our valuable time with. But how do you determine who stays in your inner circle and who goes?

Here are 7 types of people you should consider having in your inner circle.

Inventors
There is always something positive happening in the lives of inventors. They understand the importance of dreaming and the need to see dreams become reality. They help you to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and talents and through their journey, they help to keep you focused as you can both relate.

Winners
Losing is not an option. Where there is a will there is a way! These are two stances winners take because they know the importance of finishing what they have started. To help motivate and cheer you on are winners. They have reached a goal or goals and can help keep you motivated towards your own. Winners know their purpose and can assist you to narrow down yours!

Partners
Partners are people who share similar interests and have many things in common with you. You will find that you spend a lot of time with these persons because of the commonalities shared. They understand you through these similar interests and are easy to relate to.

Networkers
Networkers help you to make needed connections that will further propel your efforts and assist you in achieving your goals.

Energizers
Some days are gruesome, to say the least! It sucks the life out of you. On those days, you will need a good laugh or a nudge to keep your chin up. Energizers are there to put a smile on your face on those days. They bring refreshing energy allowing you to live in the moment stress-free.

Counselors
Some decisions are easier made than others. You need persons with whom you can seek advice to help you. Counselors help you think through issues and evaluate options, leading to better decisions.

Adventurers
Life is a journey so what is life without adventurers? Whether you are an introvert or extrovert you have things you want to do and may even feel scared about exploring. Adventurers always have something they want to do, places they want to go, and new things to try out. They help to create a balance between working hard and playing hard.

Taking control of your life includes making note of the persons who you regularly associate with. Begin to surround yourself with people who have a purpose and also ambitious plans. Align yourself with persons who are achieving their goals, making connections, and following their dreams. Although these persons may have a different journey you will benefit from the energy they give and likewise, they will also benefit from yours. Promote and demote persons in your inner circle accordingly. This should be a resolution for all of us!
